We were taught many things, but not how money works, how to create it, or how to build a life beyond survival. So we grew up praying for provision… without understanding wealth creation.
You see it every Sunday - The loudest “Amens” come when the preacher talks about provision and getting out of poverty. Prayers are filled with financial cries. Families are strained. Dreams are delayed. All because we just don't know how to make money.
The Bible says, “Money answereth all things” (Ecclesiastes 10:19), and it is apparent from the prayers.
YICW exists to break that cycle of prayer without understanding, by equipping a new generation with practical financial understanding, purpose, and the tools to build lasting wealth.
We don’t doubt the power of prayer; we add literacy, practical skills, market knowledge, and value creation knowledge to make sure you know how to make money, manage it, multiply it, and create wealth from it.
YICW is the missing bridge: faith + financial literacy + action + mentorship.

The Money Classroom Initiative (TMCI) is a program designed to bring financial education into schools, teaching students what they are not taught in the traditional system.
TMCI equips students with practical knowledge on how to earn, manage, and grow money, while introducing them to entrepreneurship, career opportunities, and the realities of today’s economy.
Our goal is simple: to prepare students for real life, not just the classroom, by giving them the financial understanding they need to build a better future.
TMCI is powered by YICW and is part of a larger mission to raise a financially aware and capable generation.
